Foundation for Frostburg
The Foundation for Frostburg is a non-profit community organization that was established in 1995 to support the Frostburg communities and its citizens. The organization was founded by the late Ralph Race, Mayor John Bambacus, City Administrator Michael Monahan, and City Attorney Jeff Getty. Their hope in creating the Foundation was that it would provide a way for families and friends to give back to the community, ensuring that wonderful things can happen for generations to come.
