Frostburg Halloween Parade

The Frostburg Halloween Parade is currently scheduled for Monday, October 30th, 2023 at 6:00pm on Main Street in downtown Frostburg.   A kids party (age 12 & under in costume accompanied by  parent) and haunted house at City Place (14 South Water Street) will immediately follow the parade.  This annual event is supported by students from the Frostburg State University Recreation & Parks Management program as well as the FSU Office of Civic Engagement.
