Lieutenant Irvin Buskirk Retirement- 40 Years - March 27, 2022

Congratulations to Lt. Irvin Buskirk, who was recognized last evening by the Mayor & City Council for his retirement and 40 years of service to the City of Frostburg.

Mayor Flanigan and Commissioner Grove presented him with citations from the Maryland House of Delegates, through Delegate Buckel’s office, and from the Maryland Senate, through Senator Edwards’ office. Chief Costello, on behalf of the police department, presented him with a high quality crystal plaque in honor of his service.

Lt. Buskirk will retire at the end of March.
