“City of Frostburg Storage Garage 2024”

CITY OF FROSTBURG

     FROSTBURG, MARYLAND     

            Separate sealed bids for the construction of "CITY OF FROSTBURG STORAGE GARAGE 2024”, consisting of the prefabrication and installation for metal sided package building measuring 32x48x12 feet, having a 4/12 pitch roof, 1/2” pex tube radiant floor heating and 5” 4000 PSI concrete floor with fiber, as noted in the bid package and other areas as directed by the City Engineer in Frostburg, and miscellaneous work will be received at City Hall Municipal Center, 37 S. Broadway Street, Frostburg, MD 21532, until Monday, November 18 at 11:00am. At which time bids will be opened and read in a meeting open to the public. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for Thursday, November 14, 2024 at 11:00am at City Hall Municipal Center, 1^st Floor Meeting Room #100, 37 S. Broadway Street, Frostburg, MD.  

          THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined at the following location:

The Office of the Frostburg Director of Public Works/City Engineer, 37 S. Broadway Street (Frostburg City Hall Municipal Center), Frostburg, Maryland 21532. (301-689-6000, ext. 111.)

            Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at the above office between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily, except Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays upon written request.

            Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Frostburg Mayor and Council, 37 S. Broadway Street, P.O. Box 440, Frostburg, Maryland 21532, and marked on the outside of the envelope “CITY OF FROSTBURG STORAGE GARAGE 2024” by 11:00 a.m. on Monday, November 18, 2024 or you may hand carry the bid to City Hall Municipal Center, 37 S. Broadway Street, by 11:00 a.m.

            The Frostburg Mayor and Council reserve the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities as the interest of the Mayor and Council may require.
