Closing a Public Way

Ordinance 2007-08, adopted December 21, 2007, established the method by which a property owner may petition the City Council for the permanent closure of a public way, street, or alley, including "paper alleys".  Please see the information packet below which describes the petition process and includes all necessary paperwork associated with public way closure.
