Water Treatment Plant

The City owns a water treatment & filtration plant located at 19400 National Highway and is a regional supplier of quality drinking water to Frostburg and the surrounding area. The Maryland Environmental Service (MES) is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the facility through a contractual agreement with the City of Frostburg. MES maintains water quality and issues an annual water quality report which can be found below.
