“CITY OF FROSTBURG STORAGE GARAGE FOUNDATION 2024”

Separate sealed bids for the construction of "CITY OF FROSTBURG STORAGE GARAGE FOUNDATION 2024”, consisting of the demolition of existing asphalt and site fencing, installation of foundation retaining wall, site grading for foundation, construction of concrete wash basin and underground water and sewer tap installation for metal sided package building as noted in the bid package and other areas as directed by the City Engineer in Frostburg, and miscellaneous work will be received at City Hall Municipal Center, 37 S. Broadway Street, Frostburg, MD 21532, until Wednesday, September 4 at 11:00am. At which time bids will be opened and read in a meeting open to the public. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for Wednesday, August 28, 2024 at 2:00 pm. at City Hall Municipal Center, 1st Floor Meeting Room #100, 37 S. Broadway Street, Frostburg, MD.

Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at the above office between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily, except Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays upon written request.
Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Frostburg Mayor and Council, 37 S. Broadway Street, P.O. Box 440, Frostburg, Maryland 21532, and marked on the outside of the envelope “CITY OF FROSTBURG STORAGE GARAGE FOUNDATION 2024” by 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 4, 2024 or you may hand carry the bid to City Hall Municipal Center, 37 S. Broadway Street, by 11:00 a.m.
The Frostburg Mayor and Council reserve the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities as the interest of the Mayor and Council may require.
