Inspections

All licensed rental properties are subject to an inspection every three years. Please refer to the Inspection Checklist Key to ensure that your property is up to code. Property owners may choose one of the following third-party inspectors to conduct inspections:

Lead Inspections

The Maryland Department of the Environment requires that landlords have a lead inspection prior to a new tenant moving in to the unit. For more information about lead test requirements, click here.
